本協会は、農薬や化学肥料を使用しない「自然茶」の価値を社会に広く伝えるために設立されました。化学資材に頼らない茶づくりは、土壌や水、生きものといった自然環境を守りながら、安心して楽しめるお茶を育みます。私たちは、その営みを支え、次の世代へと受け継いでいくことを目指します。 The Association was founded to share, with society at large, the value of "natural tea" — tea cultivated without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Growing tea without chemical inputs protects the soil, water, and living things, while producing tea that can be enjoyed with confidence. We exist to support this practice and pass it on to the next generation.L’association a été fondée pour faire connaître au plus grand nombre la valeur du « thé naturel » — un thé cultivé sans pesticides de synthèse ni engrais chimiques. Cultiver le thé sans intrants chimiques protège le sol, l’eau et le vivant, tout en produisant un thé que l’on peut savourer en toute confiance. Nous existons pour soutenir cette pratique et la transmettre à la génération suivante.
茶は、日本の暮らしと風景に深く根ざした文化です。一方で、後継者の減少や環境への負荷といった課題も抱えています。生産者・研究者・消費者が垣根を越えてつながり、学び合うことで、自然茶の輪を国内外へ広げていきたい。その想いから、この協会は生まれました。 Tea is a culture deeply rooted in Japanese daily life and landscape, yet it faces challenges — fewer successors and growing environmental pressure. By connecting producers, researchers, and consumers across boundaries and learning from one another, we hope to widen the circle of natural tea both in Japan and abroad. That hope is why this association exists.Le thé est une culture profondément enracinée dans la vie quotidienne et les paysages du Japon, mais il fait face à des défis : moins de successeurs et une pression environnementale croissante. En reliant producteurs, chercheurs et consommateurs au-delà des frontières et en apprenant les uns des autres, nous souhaitons élargir le cercle du thé naturel au Japon comme à l’étranger. C’est cet espoir qui a donné naissance à cette association.
